Where do you pick up my broken Mac from?
Free mac pick-up is available is available in and around the Calgary area.

What kind of devices and computers do you accept?
We'll accept anything Apple. Macbook, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, iMac, Mac Pro, even iPhones or iPads. We'll also take monitors and other peripherals like keyboards and mice and treat them all with the same level of respect. 

How much will you donate in exchange for my mac or Apple device?
Usually $25.

What charities can I choose from?
Anything you want! If you are not sure, you can visit CanadaHelps.org to pick one or choose a charity from the dropdown on the schedule a pick-up form. If you aren't sure or aren't picky, we'll choose for you.

How secure are your services?
Very. We safeguard hard drives and wipe them securely. All data is wiped and hard drives are destroyed. No hard drive leaves Mac Heaven.

Why are you doing this?
As Mac enthusiasts and fixer hobbyists in Calgary, we want to provide an end-of-life experience as excellent as the life of an Apple product itself.
